| Why should we book with
Henparties.com? |
This is a choice that should be made completely
by yourselves however if we were allowed to give
you only one good reason, it would be the guys behind
Henparties.com are Blackpool locals so we know our
town very well and have built up good relations
with all our venues, hotels etc. We also pride ourselves
on not being ‘greedy’ with our commission
rates therefore being able to offer very reasonable
prices for our packages. |

| Are there any hidden
extra’s for us to pay once we have booked? |
Not at all, the price you have been quoted when
both parties agree on the booking, is the price
you pay. The only time the cost can increase is
if the number in your party decreases and you have
opted for a limo or stripper *see question 6 |

| When would we find out
where we would be staying? |
As we have several different Hotels on our books,
it all depends which one’s can accommodate
for that particular date etc. If you decided to
go ahead and book the package, we would then find
out which hotel could accommodate you. Once we have
decided upon a hotel, we would inform you of this
and supply you with some details for you to approve.
If, for any reason you did not want to stay in that
particular accommodation, we would simply find you
something else subject to availability. |

| Is the 3-course meal
for the restaurants included in the price quoted? |
Yes, if you have opted for any of our restaurants,
the information in your quote plus your meal is
what you get. |

| Will there be a vegetarian
option? |
Yes, there is a vegetarian option in most cases.
Please ask for this to be confirmed if this is something
you require. |

| What happens if the number
of hens booked increases or decreases? |
As you will pay a deposit first upon booking, it
will not matter if the number of hens decreases
unless you have a stripper,limousine, karting or
'Hens on film' booked. This is because your group
will have pooled in for these options based on the
original number of hens booked. If your group number
then decreases before full payment has been made,
there will not be enough funds to cover it, so your
price per hen will increase to compensate for this.
If you wanted to increase the number of your party,
this would depend on whether the Hotel (if booked)
would have any more vacancies left. Unfortunately,
our Blackpool Hotels do get booked up rather quickly,
but this shouldn’t be a problem as long as
it is not left too late. |

| If we wanted to book,
when would the deposit have to be sent? |
We would require a deposit as soon as you book.
This ensures we can book you all into the accommodation
and venues we have settled upon. |

| Is the deposit refundable? |
No, unfortunately the deposit is non refundable
nor transferable. |

| How can we pay? |
Payment can be made by personal cheque made payable
to ukleisure.net or by credit/debit card over the
phone. Please note all credit cards carry a 3% surcharge
or debit cards a £2.00 transaction fee. |

| When would the final
balance be due? |
We require your final balance no later than 4 weeks
before your stay, this is to ensure we can finalise
your booking before your stay and that there will
be no problems. It is important to get this payment
to us on time |

| How do we
book? |
Simple, either drop us an email including all details,
submit the relevant form to the package you are
interested in or call one of our friendly staff
who are available to take your calls at any time
up till 8.00pm |

| Do you organise transport? |
As a rule we generally do not however if it were
something you wanted us to look into we would be
more than happy to do so.
Local transport to venues from your hotel usually
isn't a problem. |
